These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all mobile applications and games developed and published by Aydin Valiyev (the "Games"), including but not limited to LightDrop: Survive and Echo Pattern: Zen Memory.
By downloading, installing, or using the Games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Games.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Games for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

All content included in the Games, including but not limited to artwork, graphics, music, sound effects, logos, game mechanics, software, and source code, is owned by Aydin Valiyev or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you through your use of the Games.
Some Games display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners through Unity LevelPlay mediation.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of advertisements or third-party websites that may be accessed through advertisements.
Some Games offer optional digital purchases through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Payments are processed entirely by the respective app store. Refunds are subject to the policies of Google Play or Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Game or feature at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee that the Games will always be available or operate without interruption.
The Games are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the Games for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aydin Valiyev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Games.
Your use of the Games is entirely at your own risk.
Your use of the Games is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page together with the revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the Games after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your country of residence and, where required, the mandatory consumer protection laws of that jurisdiction.
